Beach Cottage
Located in the Newport back bay this was a 1960’s mid-century modern home gone total beach cottage! The challenge here was taking this small spectacular home and making it reach its full potential while working in the existing footprint. This was achieved by adding shiplap detail throughout for a classic, California Beach bungalow vibe.
